Bước 1: chuẩn bị

- máy tính chạy ổn định không xẩy ra Virus hay lỗi win

- cắm nguồn và khởi đụng máy in, đảm bảo an toàn máy in khởi cồn cơ

- Đặt giấy vào khay lắp thêm in => giấy hút vào bình thường

- gặm dây kết nối USB thiết bị in vào trang bị tính

NẾU MÁY TÍNH CÀI WINDOWS 7 64 BITS HOẶC WINDOWS 8 => KẾT NỐI MÁY TÍNH VÀO MẠNG => CHỈ CẦN CẮM DÂY USB LÀ MÁY TÍNH TỰ ĐỘNG CÀI ĐẶT DRIVER mang lại MÁY IN MÀ KHÔNG CẦN THAO TÁC CÀI ĐẶT NHƯ BÊN DƯỚI.

Bước 2: tải về bộ download máy in HP Laserjet 1320

Click chuột phải vàoMy Computer và chọn Propertiesđể coi hệ quản lý máy tính, sau đó chọn tải về bộ download máy in tương ứng với hệ điều hành quản lý máy tính:

- Giải nén bộ cài trang bị in vào copy vào ổ C hoặc D của sản phẩm tính

Bước 2: cài đặt

- cùng với hệ điều hành Win XP: Vào Start / Setting / Printer và Fax như hình bên dưới

- cùng với hệ điều hành và quản lý Win 7: Vào Start / Divice and Printer như hình mặt dưới

- Click chọn vào add printer sống cột mặt tría như hình bên dưới và làm lần lượt theo như hình vẽ:

- bước 4: lựa chọn in thử và đặt lệnh IN 2 MẶT

Lần đầu in 2 mặt đề nghị vào Printer và Fax như đầu cách 2 thiết lập => click chuột phải vào thứ in HP 1320 => lựa chọn Printing Preferences => coi hình dưới

Sau đó đặt lệnh in bình thường

Các lần sau click vào Properties và lựa chọn in đảo mặt

Nếu in một mặt thì chọn Factory Default

THAO TÁC XỬ LÝ khi GẶP SỰ CỐ KẸT GIẤY:

- bước 1:tắt nguồn sản phẩm in để tránh rơi ra chập main

- cách 2:Mở lắp bên trên và rút hộp mực ra

- cách 3:Mở lắp ở sấy phía đằng sau máy, gạt 2 nãy xanh bên đầu sấy để giấy in không trở nên kẹt chặt

- cách 4:Rút giấy ra => để ý rút theo hướng giấy chạy ra, không rút ngược về phía khay giấy

- bước 5:Vệ sinh lại máy, gắn thêm lại vỏ hộp mực, đóng thêm sấy như ban đầu, khởi cồn nguồn cùng thử in lại

Ngoài ra đề xuất kiểm tra lại giấy gồm quá mỏng tanh hay để lâu bị độ ẩm quá không. Tránh việc để vô số giấy sinh sống khay in để tránh giấy ẩm gây kẹt.

Nếu đồ vật in bị kẹt giấy liên tục cần điện thoại tư vấn thợ đến kiểm soát xử lý sớm kiêng những rơi ra khác cho máy in của bạn.
